How to Calculate Your Quarterly CAPP Balance

Click on "Health Contribution History"

Click on Employer and Type Fox,. All Employers starting with Fox will show up. Then choose View work history for Previous Year.

You will now see a listing of all contributions for the year(see below). This total will not match the YTD total on your pay stubs for 2 reasons. It is filtered by calendar year, and your pay stubs are totaled by pay period. To figure out the total, you have to add contributions for any work days before the first pay period of the year, and add any contributions after the last pay period of the year. For example, in 2015, the last paycheck of the year was on 12/27/2015. You have to add contributions for any shows worked from 12/28-12/31/2015 to your YTD pay stub amount. Then your totals should match.
