New Payroll Access for Fox, BTN, PPI, and Sinclair (XLT)
XLT Payroll Transition
If you have future work dates booked for Fox Sports Wisconsin the best way to assure you have seamless payroll transition without interruption, is to complete the Paylocity enrollment that was sent out via email last week. If you have already completed this process please disregard.
This process took me about 20 minutes to complete start-to-finish on my smart phone. All of the new employment forms and identification documents can be filled out and submitted on your smart phone or personal computer. All communications regarding this process came from do-not-reply@paylocity.com in case you need to search your inbox or spam folders.
XLT Management Services is taking over as the new payroll agent due to the sale of all of the Fox Sports RSN's. All of the RSN's are moving away from the current Fox Payroll Services as they are no longer Fox properties.
If you have any questions or concerns moving forward regarding payroll, please contact the employer for further instructions.
New On Site Incident Reporting
Bob Rhode has asked us to pass along the new New On Site Incident Reporting contact info:
Due to recent sale of Fox to Disney, the Fox EHS number is no longer going to be your direct contact for onsite incidences.
Moving forward, please call Chad Ross to report any injuries that occur on a show. Chad will give you further instructions when you call.

I would suggest that you create a new contact in your phone with this info.
Your EHS numbers will still be in effect if you work for FOX Network or FS1 shows.
Pay your Dues Online
Pay your dues, check your account balance online, for free.
We are pleased to announce a new online dues payment system.
From your member account you can view past invoices, view payment history, and receive payment reminders. Payments can be made online for free via direct bank transfer(ACH) payments.
Creating an account is optional, you can still pay invoices one at a time, however you won't be able to see your total balance or past payments unless you create a free account.

Compensation of Officers Ballot Passes 20-2
At Tuesday's general membership meeting a special election was held via secret ballot regarding the proposed compensation for elected officers of Local 414. The vote passed with 91% approval of members present, 20 votes in favor and 2 opposed.
The following Compensation for officer's is effective immediately moving forward and is non-retroactive:
- $125/month stipend for President
- $125/month stipend for Vice President
- $125/month stipend for Business Agent
- $40/hour worked up to 12.5 hours per month maximum for Secretary/Treasurer
- $0/ month stipend for At-Large Executive Board Members, Trustees, or Sergeant-At-Arms at this time.
- A daily rate of $200 will be compensated to officers attending conventions, conferences, workshops, negotiations, etc. required to perform their elected duties for the betterment of our local.
- Any officer missing/declining a day(s) of work that is covered under IATSE 414 contracts, due to union activities mentioned above, shall be compensated a daily rate of $400.
- The Executive Board will continue to monitor the local’s budget and reevaluate these numbers in one calendar year.
